At BDS Suspension, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion-forward purchases, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garments are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box or a similar durable mailer, including the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
